Greatly enjoyed exceptionally clean rooms.
The room I booked was kept clean and available with generous supplies and tea and shower. The breakfast was warm, overall food was outstanding! The staff was exceptional, providing a first-class service. The hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Efficient, friendly staff
The hotel is a bit dated, the bathrooms are in urgent need of renovation, the windows are quite draughty.

Location of hotel was excellent. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Being in a wheelchair had some stairs to access to room. We were on ground floor which was ok as the lift was out of service.

The waiter who served us for breakfast was extremely friendly and courteous.
The hotel is very big, we had to travel quite a long way to get to our room. The room was fine. The cleanliness could have been better, but by English standards it was okay. The hotel is a bit older and also used. It was all right for one night.

The location was very convenient, close to the ferry service and key attractions. Staff members exhibited excellent hospitality. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh local products. The hotel does show signs of wear and tear, with facilities in need of a refresh, and some areas felt a bit drab. The overall experience was good, upgraded with the cute service.
